I'm going to pretend that no one reading this has had the police called on them for harassing an ex. If you've taken it that far then there is a good chance these steps will not help you. If your serious about learning how to get back with an ex and your looking for some help then read on.

If you've just recently had a break up there are probably hundreds of "what if" questions running through your head that you want answers to. The real question is though do you really know what the reason was for the break up? Do you even know where to start looking to find the answer? What you need to do is put all the anger and frustration behind you for a minute and look at the situation as a whole. Was there something your ex told you they weren’t fond of yet you continued to do it? Did you cross the line and be unfaithful? Once you find the root of what caused the break up you can take the next step to get back with an ex. No matter what the situation, almost 90% of relationships can be saved.

Once you find your starting point, be careful not to fall in to some of the traps you may be prone to. Begging your ex to come back is the worst thing you could do. People want what they can't have. It's just human nature. If your going to make yourself that available by begging why would your ex take you back? You have to show them that your life is moving forward. Make them aware that you miss them and that the lines of communication are open if they want to use them. Finally back off and give them some space.

Remember that your ex fell in love with you at one point. You just have to get them back to the feelings they first had for you. It's not a difficult thing to do if you know the proper steps.
