Suspicion

Do you suspect that you have a cheating spouse? Well I know how difficult it must be even to consider the thought. Even as you read this article I know your heart is filled with sadness, confusion, anxiety, fear, and maybe even anger. You also have alot of questions going through your head:- Is my spouse really cheating on me? Why would my spouse be cheating on me? How do I know for sure? What proof do I have that my spouse is really cheating? What signs should I be looking for? What can I do to find out the truth? How could I catch a cheating spouse?

The truth is the mere fact that have a suspicion , tells you something. Don't ignore your gut feelings about this. You need to know what's happening. If you don't, the suspicion that you feel deep inside isn't going to stop; it's going to grow into a sick feeling in the pit of your stomach. A sick feeling that threatens to take over your whole world. Soon enough it will consume you, your every waking thought and you won't be able to get it out of your mind. Every time you see your spouse you'll be suspicious of their activities.

Don't let your emotions overwhelm you! Your suspicion is like a red flag, an indicator if you will. You need to know the truth. This means--don't try to make excuses for your spouse. Don't ignore your feelings. You need to find out what's going on!

Self Control

Now listen I'm not telling you to storm into the room when your spouse comes in and tell them that you know they're cheating and you demand to know the truth. You don't need this to turn into a screaming match with accusations flying left right and center. You need to be smart here.

You don't want to tip off your spouse that you suspect something's going on. I know it's going to be tuff to keep your feelings to yourself, but you'll need to-for now. Why? Because you need to get proof. You don't want to accuse your spouse of cheating based on feelings alone; that's just not enough. That's not going to help you catch a cheating spouse. The best that's going to do is to let the cat out of the bag that you suspect somethings going on-and then guess what-your spouse gets better at covering up any tracks that they might have left behind had you not said anything!

Mums the word! That's the first thing; otherwise lies, lies, lies-is what you'll get, little lies, that become little big lies and you won't be any wiser. What you want-what you need is proof, you need evidence.
